As we here at NC Beer Explorer continue our journey, there is one thing we definitely know: there is so much to learn! Pilsners and Lagers and Porters, oh my!
Frankly, sometimes we have questions that we don’t know the answers to. Or maybe one of our Beer Bros sheds light on a subject where we were are slightly in the shade, if not the dark. We don’t mind! We like learning new stuff about beer.
A few years back, there was a beer ad campaign that advised consumers to “stay thirsty.” We are inviting you to stay curious and keep learning along with us.
That’s why we have added a new page to our site called “Beer U” where we are curating little snippets of information as we go along. NC craft brewers pour their skill, artistry, dedication, expertise, and resources into every glass, and we want to honor their pursuit of excellence by being knowledgeable consumers. So, let’s raise our glasses to the brewers and to Beer U!
